A return shipping fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund if unpaid
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receipt
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unused, unwashed
In their original packaging
Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging may be rejected.
We cover return shipping only if:
You received a defective item
Item was damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
Your order is incomplete
To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo proof.
Refunds apply to the item(s) only
Original shipping fees (e.g. express or international upgrades) are non-refundable unless the return qualifies under the conditions above
We’re happy to help with exchanges.
To reduce shipping costs and wait times, we may offer a direct replacement (no return required) when appropriate.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the new item.
This method helps reduce packaging waste, emissions, and unnecessary delays.
Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned together.
Partial returns from bundles cannot be processed.
The following items are final sale and cannot be refunded:
Items purchased with discount codes or automatic promotions
Items marked Final Sale
Items discounted 40% or more
We recommend double-checking your order before confirming. However, in some cases we may still offer an exchange.
If eligible, you can use our self-service return portal:

Step 3: Choose a refund or exchange
Once approved:
You'll receive a return shipping link (based on carrier rates)
A shipping label will be emailed to you
Note: For international returns, we cannot provide prepaid labels.
You must use a tracked, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method to ensure customs clearance.
If you choose an exchange, a store credit or gift card will be issued once tracking is confirmed.
If your return is held by customs, Edmonton Essence cannot issue a refund or replacement until your package is received and cleared by our warehouse.
