Order Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be handed over to the carrier and prepared for shipment within Canada.

Transit Time:

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Countries:

This shipping policy applies to deliveries within Canada only.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is completely free. Edmonton Essence covers all shipping costs for every order — with no minimum purchase required.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a UPS or courier tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

Canceling an Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@edmontonessence.com before your order is shipped. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

Damaged on Arrival:

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any damage occurred during transit, contact us immediately with a description and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
We will arrange a return, replacement, or full refund, according to your preference.

Delayed Orders:

If your order has not arrived after 11 business days from shipment, we sincerely apologize. Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier backlog, or seasonal volume. Please allow an additional 2 business days.

If your order has still not arrived after this grace period, please contact us and we will assist in locating your package or arrange a resolution.
